REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
For the positions of MANAGERS, relevant first degree minimum qualification with very related professional qualifications. Higher degree will be an aded advantage.
Applicants must have minimum of 6years relevant management experience in a well structured environment.
Proficiency in computer usage is mandatory

For Officers
minimum of 3 years experience in a reputable company required. Relevant first degree qualification, computer literacy is a must

4. Circulation Coordinators-relevant marketing and distribution experience together with a proven evidence of networking through newspaper agents, vendors,direct sales personnel and other distribution channels
5. Dispatch Riders-must have knowledge of Lagos roads/streets. very good in ridding dispatch bike.

Due to portfolio expansion and ambitious business plans, Promasidor is looking to fill the following marketing roles:

Managers, Brand Group (Dairy and FE & B)
Job Description:

• Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, you will be responsible for optimizing volumes and contribution for the brands in your categories (Dairy or Food Enhancement ft Beverages), through the development and execution of category strategy and annual activity plans.
• In addition, you will be expected to lead and develop the capabilities of your brand team.
• Self-motivated and articulate
• Strong project and people management skills
• In-depth knowledge of developing:

1. Insight-based marketing plans;
2. Research tools; and
3. Management of third – party suppliers.

Qualifications:

• You will hold a minimum second – class university degree.
• A postgraduate qualification in Marketing or an MBA would be an advantage.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in FMCG Marketing, Sales and/or Operations experience would be an advantage.
